Teenage boy laughing drawing

Here’s my latest drawing of a teenage boy laughing… to do. Profiles (this one is considered 3/4) and an open mouth are two of the most challenging aspects of this drawing. Again, the values are crucial and I think the real drawing is better than the photo….but this is the best I can do to share with you in that regard.

I am gearing  up to make a big move in my life (more about that later), so my quilting time is limited mostly for my clients. But I am hoping to soon apply all my drawing abilities to my next quilt project, although it may be awhile before you see the final results. In the meantime, I can usually find a couple of hours to do a drawing, so I hope you enjoy this one.

  1. Bravo Jo!!!!!!!!!
You really captured his spirit AND movement.

    • Thanks, Leslie… biggest fan!

  2. well done, Jo!
